8:30PM Bonfire/Beer Exchange ( 21 and over no drinking and driving )

You would potentially be booking Thurs/Fri/Sat nights; or the 13, 14,15th of April 2023. The rates are also available before and after those dates for those that wish to stay longer. Cutoff date for reservations under group rate is 2/11/23.

The first night’s deposit is due upon making reservations.
*There will be no penalty assessed for cancellations ninety
days or more from the earliest arrival date. For reservations
canceled between ninety days and thirty days before arrival
there will be a fifty dollar cancellation fee assessed.
For reservations canceled less than thirty days before arrival
there will be a penalty of one night assessed.

If you’re bringing your car, make sure it’s ready. While all public roads and not a racetrack, you’re far from home. Services are typically more than an hour away, tow trucks can take multiple hours.
